Artificial Intelligence and Leading Change: What Do We Need to Understand Today to Avoid Falling Behind Tomorrow?
In the age of artificial intelligence, even well-versed business professionals feel concerned. The nature of work, responsibilities, and skill requirements seems to be under constant pressure to change. What should I, and my organization, focus on to stay part of this transformation? That is the topic of this year’s Business Beyond Today event.
On Tuesday, June 2nd, our event will be filled with ideas, encounters, and insights. Business Beyond Today brings together Finland’s top experts under one roof, providing direction for both organizations and individuals. The evening’s dual-stage program will feature, among others, Finland’s leading interpreter of AI-driven change Antti Merilehto, AI expert Hanna Hagström, and top human mindset coach Reidar Wasenius. The event will be hosted by technology influencer Maria Ritola. More speaker announcements will be made throughout the spring!
The seminar program begins with a joint keynote speech and a panel discussion with business leaders, both hosted in English. After a break, you can dive into your chosen learning path:
- Path 1: Structures & Leadership
Focuses on organizations, leadership, and structural changes in the era of AI and transformation - Path 2: Individual & Competence
Focuses on individual skills, labor market value, and practical working life capabilities
Please note that the learning path program is provided in Finnish. Check the full content offering on the Event schedule tab.
The evening also includes a buffet dinner and the opportunity to exchange ideas with other participants.
This evening is for you if you don’t want to remain a bystander to change. Welcome!
