Who can attend?

The event is open to all full members of Suomen Ekonomit (Finnish Business School Graduates). As a member, you also have the opportunity to bring a guest by purchasing an “avec” ticket for €99. The only requirement for the guest is that they are of legal age (18+). You will find the purchase link in the confirmation message of your event registration.

Registration

Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis – the earlier you register, the better your chances of securing a seat! If the event is full, you can join the waiting list. You'll be notified by email if a spot becomes available, and you'll have 48 hours to confirm your participation before the spot is offered to the next person in line.

Changing or canceling your registration

Changes to your own ticket: You can modify your registration details or cancel your participation within the registration period. The registration period for the event is from April 14 to June 1, 2026.

Changes to a paid plus-one ticket: If the plus-one is unable to attend, no refunds will be given, but the ticket information can be transferred to another person.

Please note: Changes to special dietary requirements can only be guaranteed if submitted before May 26, 2026, due to catering deadlines.

On the event day

Please check in at the registration desk upon arrival. If you arrive outside the designated arrival window, please check in directly with the Ekonomit staff.

Photos and videos may be taken during the event that might be used in Suomen Ekonomit communications and marketing. Event images will be shared with participants as soon as possible after the event.

📸 If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform the photographers directly on-site.

Accessibility

The building has an accessible entrance starting from the outdoor areas of the Cable Factory’s Glass Courtyard. The cloakroom is located on the basement level. For guests with reduced mobility, a coat rack is available next to the lobby service desk, and the basement cloakroom can be accessed by elevator via the Glass Courtyard if needed. Our staff is happy to assist at any time.

The entire first floor of Tanssin talo, including Erkko Hall, Pannuhalli, the lobby, and the restrooms, is fully step-free. Public restrooms and an accessible toilet are located in the lobby. The first row of the auditoriums is accessible; however, the remaining seating areas rise steeply and are accessible by stairs only, as there is no elevator access to the auditoriums. We do our best to ensure the event is as accessible as possible for everyone – please do not hesitate to contact our staff if you have any questions or require assistance.

No Show fee

If you are unable to attend, please remember to cancel your registration. You can cancel directly via the Edit your registration details link in your confirmation email.

Participants who do not cancel and fail to attend will be charged a €39 No Show fee. This helps us ensure event spots are not left unused and remain accessible to all members.

Event safety

The event follows Suomen Ekonomit’s Code of Conduct. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, inappropriate behavior, or sexual harassment in any form at our events.

In addition to on-site security, there are designated harassment contact persons present. You can identify them by their white reflective vests.
