AI creates uncertainty and pressure for many, and for good reason. This keynote helps you recognize how your own attitude shapes your work and wellbeing, and how to prepare for the inevitable change.

Panel discussion: From AI hype to everyday reality, where are we now?

Panelists: Keya Desai, Chief Technology Officer, Futurice Oy & Iida Lähdemäki, Chief Operating Officer, AI Finland

The panel explores what AI capabilities look like in Finnish organizations right now and what insights have emerged along the journey.
