LOCATIONS:

KYPÄ25 will take place in the center of Helsinki, at Finnkino Tennispalatsi and Original Sokos Hotel Presidentti. Distances between the two venues are short, with Finnkino less than 300 meters from the hotel.

INTERPRETATION:

This year, the KYPÄ seminar program will be available in two languages. Speeches given in Finnish will be translated into English, and those in English will be translated into Finnish. To follow the interpretation, you will need your own laptop, tablet, or phone, as well as your own headphones. Detailed instructions on interpretation will be provided at the beginning of the event.

HARASSMENT CONTACT PERSONS:

KYPÄ will have two harassment contact persons on duty during the entire event. If you experience inappropriate behavior or harassment during the event, please inform our harassment contact persons. You can recognize them by their reflective vests.

Harassment contact persons are there to assist and support you in potential harassment situations. The contact persons also have the responsibility to address harassment situations in collaboration with security personnel.

If the situation cannot be resolved, the person behaving inappropriately will be discreetly and inconspicuously removed from the premises.

Kylteripäivät follows the Code of Conduct guidelines of Suomen Ekonomit. Responsible, ethical, and lawful conduct is the guiding principle for our events. Harassment, discrimination, inappropriate treatment, or any form of sexual harassment is not tolerated at Kylteripäivät.
