Ekonomi Summit celebrates its 10th anniversary and this year, growth takes center stage!

Get inspired by top names Jukka Niittymaa, Aicha Manai, Tiina Helenius, Mona Moisala and Saku Tuominen, as they dive into the future of growth and its endless possibilities. Hovimuusikko Ilkka will host the evening, while Jussi Kärki steers the conversation in the growth panel. Before the seminar begins, experts from Suomen Ekonomit will share three sharp insights on this season’s top work-life themes. When the ideas have flown – the evenning peaks with a private gig by party band Gebardi at the iconic Vanha Ylioppilastalo in Helsinki.

The seminar will be held in Finnish. Simultaneous interpretation from Finnish to English will be available throughout seminar.

Jukka Niittymaa

Jukka is a passionate advocate for creative marketing and branding, fascinated by AI’s potential to boost creativity. He works at the creative agency Sherpa and brings a rich background in the creative industries, an MBA in communication management, and film directing studies. Jukka is a master of audiovisual storytelling, blending creativity, technology, and communication seamlessly.

Aicha Manai

Aicha Manai is the CEO of Startup Refugees – an international organization where 17 different languages are spoken. Her mission is to build workplaces where every individual’s potential can grow, and where diversity between people is turned into a strength. Aicha’s leadership philosophy is grounded in embracing diversity and fostering kind, meaningful interaction as the foundation for lasting success.

Tiina Helenius

Tiina Helenius works as the Chief Economist at the pension insurance company Elo, with strong expertise in global economic trend analysis and financial market evaluation. Before joining Elo, Helenius held the position of Chief Economist for Handelsbanken Finland for many years, and her impressive expertise has made her one of the country’s leading economic influencers.

Mona Moisala

Mona is a radiant expert in brain research and a Doctor of Psychology, who brings to light how understanding the brain helps us enhance our wellbeing and develop our thinking. We all have a brain – but few of us truly understand how it works. With a practical and insightful approach, Mona deepens our awareness of brain health and brain-friendly choices, making neuroscience accessible and empowering for everyone.

Saku Tuominen

Saku Tuominen is a successful serial entrepreneur, creative director, and award-winning speaker who challenges us to think differently – and more clearly. He offers a bold perspective on how today’s rapid changes and uncertainty can be transformed into powerful drivers of growth, innovation, and renewal. By bringing together clear thinking and good leadership, Saku shows us that we’re surrounded by opportunities – even in uncertain times.

Ilkka Ihamäki

Ilkka Ihamäki is famous for Radio Suomipop and his humorous songwriting that resonates on radio and social media, reaching over 100,000 followers. A marketing professional and Master of Business Administration from Espoo, Ilkka is also an experienced entrepreneur who has built a strong personal brand as the Hovimuusikko Ilkka. With his enthusiastic and energetic style, Ilkka will guide us through the evening’s stories of growth and inspiration.

Event Charitable Cause

Helsingin Ekonomit will donate one euro to Mielipotti for every completed Ekonomi Summit registration. Mielipotti is part of Helsingin Ekonomit’s 90th anniversary and the “90 Good Deeds” initiative by the economist community. The funds raised through Mielipotti will support the important mental health work of MIELI Mental Health Finland.
