Thimon de Jong

Thimon is the founder of WHETSTON / strategic foresight, a think tank specialised in future human behaviour & societal change and the implications for leadership & business strategy. He is a sought-after global (virtual) keynote presenter and leadership trainer. His clients include Morgan Stanley, Vodafone, IKEA and Nike. In 2023, Routledge published Thimon’s first book: ‘Future Human Behavior - understanding what people are going to do next’.
 
Thimon also lectures at the social psychology department of Utrecht University where he teaches master students how academic research can be practically applied to improve business strategy. 

Milja Köpsi

Milja is the leader of The Software Finland Associations Mimmit koodaa program. Mimmit koodaa organizes training and workshops for women interested in the software and technology industry, with the help of which women are encouraged to pursue careers in the IT and technology industry to bring more diversity and new talents to the industry. 

Riikka Lindroos-Järvilehto

Riikka works as Development Manager at Kela, the Social Insurance Institution of Finland. She is responsible for looking the AI and data science projects through the business lens and wears the hat of a project manager when needed. She has a background in IT and has among other things worked as a product owner of Kela’s AI & RPA in customer service. Previously she has also worked in the field of HR, so knows a bit about the everchanging working life.

Eeva leads the strategy and renewal of Futurice Group. With over 15 years in tech she creates impact by combining expertise in data insights, business strategy and culture change. Before her current role she built Futurice’s strategy & culture business. Academically seasoned (social psychologist, Dr.), but a pragmatist by heart, she tackles things with a combination of deep insight and a can-do attitude. Her mission is to create more responsible businesses.

Tom van de Wiele

Tom works as the Principal Technology & Threats Researcher at WithSecure. He is responsible for performing and validating threat research while exploring potential protection capabilities as part of current and new technology, privacy and other cyber security related focus areas. He has an extensive background in offensive security, red team operations and targeted attack simulations for the financial, gaming and service industry.

Kristiina is a seasoned marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in B2B marketing, specializing in the technology and technology services sectors. With over a decade in management and over 8 years as an entrepreneur, Kristiina currently heads marketing at Digital Workforce Services, Plc - a global leader in business process automation services and technology solutions, and Front AI, a Nordic expert in customer service automation and Conversational AI.
