• Inclusive Recruitment Workshop

  What?

  Inclusive recruitment workshop is a co-creative workshop to identify the gaps in the recruitment processes and finding concrete solutions to make them more inclusive.

  During the three hours of this workshop, 30 participants (including participants working in HR roles and HR professionals who are also currently job seekers) will work in teams to identify gaps and possible solutions in one or two HR processes for example, identifying the right candidate for the job, writing a job advertisement. The final product will include concrete steps to make the selected recruitment processes more inclusive.

  The learnings from the workshop will be summarized into a short best practices handbook and shared to the public for free.

  Why should you participate?

  The workshop is a hands-on practice to identify gaps in existing HR processes and making them more inclusive. This exercise will help you identify blind spots and gaps in the processes you are working with. It will also give you the tools for self-analysis that can be then used by you and your team to improve your internal HR processes in the future. This is also an opportunity to co-create and network with people from diverse backgrounds with HR expertise.

  • You are working as a HR/Recruitment professional.
  • You commit to join the 3-hour workshop on 13.12.2021 in person (we will follow all the COVID guidelines for the in-person event).
  • You value diversity and inclusion.
  • You want to make your HR practices and processes more inclusive.
  • You have an open mindset to work together with people from different backgrounds.

  The workshop has 10 seats for members of Suomen Ekonomit who work in HR position. Five seats are reserved for HENRY’s members.
