Job searching can feel lonely and frustrating—but it doesn’t have to be. Rekryboosteri is a six-week structured job search program that combines peer support, expert coaching, and practical tools. You'll get concrete help in advancing your job search and have the chance to share experiences with others in the same situation.

Rekryboosteri is a special service offered by Suomen Ekonomit and five other Akava-affiliated unions. It is included in your membership fee and is designed to provide structured support for active job seekers. The program consists of weekly meetings, workshops, and career coaching sessions, all scheduled in the morning to leave time for interviews and other job search activities.
