Hosted by Sami Sykkö, the Ekonomi Summit stage will welcome visionary leaders who are shaping tomorrow’s opportunities today. The ambition of the startup world meets the rapid transformation driven by artificial intelligence as Kim Väisänen, Natalia Rincon-Eriksson, and Jufo Peltomaa discuss the key questions of the AI era in a panel moderated by Jussi Kärki: Who will succeed in the age of AI? How can success be built today? 

In the second part of the seminar, Krista Kosonen shares her thoughts on dreams, choices, and turning points in life, while Paulus Arajuuri gives insight into the world of elite sports – what it takes to perform under pressure when the stakes are high.

Ekonomi Summit event brings together current and future business influencers i.e. business school graduates and students alike. Helsingin Ekonomit welcomes all members of Finnish Business School Graduates areal association and student assosiation members to Ekonomi Summit. 

Speakers

Key-note: Krista Kosonen

Krista Kosonen is known as one of Finland’s most respected actors and a charismatic, multifaceted performer. She has built a remarkable career in both Finnish and international productions. Krista shares her deep expertise in communication, presentation skills, and the power of presence. She has a strong ability to capture the audience’s attention and bring energy and a positive atmosphere to events.

Key-note: Paulus Arajuuri

Paulus Arajuuri is a footballer and former captain of the Finnish national football team, known for his exceptional ability to turn joy into shared enthusiasm across the entire team. Paulus diverse career in professional sports has opened his eyes to the importance of teamwork and leadership. He shares insights into building a psychologically safe environment, encouraging openness, and creating the foundations for successful collaboration.

Panelist: Kim Väisänen

Kim Väisänen is a startup investor, business angel, and a familiar “lion” from Leijonan luola (Dragons’ Den Finland). He is known for speaking directly and in a motivating, practical way about business development and entrepreneurship. An entrepreneur since 1996, Kim shares inspiring experiences as well as practical insights on international expansion, export and successful business exits.

Panelist: Jufo Peltomaa

Energetic AI expert and startup entrepreneur Jufo Peltomaa has made two startup exits and currently works as Chief Marketing Officer at Norsepower scaleup. He has extensive insight into the startup world and strong experience in various leadership roles. Jufo has worked in two publicly listed companies and was also a co-founder and marketing director at Hybrid Graphics, which was acquired by the US company NVIDIA for 37 million dollars.

Panelist: Natalia Rincon-Eriksson

Natalia is a visionary entrepreneur, architect, and computer scientist redefining how cities and societies make decisions. As Founder & CEO of CHAOS, she helps leaders harness data and emerging technologies to create smarter, more sustainable, and human-centered futures. Known for connecting technology, policy, and purpose, Natalia brings a rare combination of strategic thinking and technical expertise.

Panel moderator: Jussi Kärki

Jussi Kärki is the editor-in-chief of Talouselämä and a seasoned financial journalist who joined the publication from MTV3’s news and current affairs department. He is known as a sharp analyst of economic and political issues who knows how to highlight the essential questions and connect phenomena to the broader social discourse.

Event host: Sami Sykkö

Sami Sykkö is one of Finland’s leading experts in style, fashion, and clothing. He is also a popular television and radio commentator, columnist, freelance writer, and host. Sami holds an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration and serves as a Professor of Practice at LUT University. Together with Jorma Uotinen, he hosts the popular Sami & Jorma podcast. With his presence, Sami creates a joyful and welcoming atmosphere wherever he goes.
