Welcome to Cœur Studio for a reformer Pilates class on Tuesday, September 22! Cœur means “heart” in French. We cordially welcome you to experience reformer pilates with us!
Venue
Cœur studio is located in the Erottaja area on Uudenmaankatu 4–6, 00120 Helsinki.
You will find the studio in the building’s inner courtyard by following the heart logos on the windows.
What to expect?
Reformer Pilates is an effective full-body workout that focuses especially on core support and strength. Choose the trial session best suited for you from these two different classes:
- Dynamic Flow
A beginner-friendly and modern class that will leave you feeling empowered and energized! The session focuses on flowing movement and precision. - Classical Cœur
An intermediate-level class for those who have prior experience with reformer Pilates. The class is based on classical Pilates principles and challenges both strength and concentration.
Program
- 16:30–17:00 Registration for the class starting at 17:00
- 17:00–18:00 Dynamic Flow
- 17:30–18:00 Registration for the class starting at 18:00
- 18:00–19:00 Classical Cœur
There are 10 spots for members and students on each class. The trial session fee is 21 euros per person. Register at the latest by 6 September.
