Story of Spinnova: the sustainable textile material company

8.6.2023 10:00

Spinnova has developed a production technology for a transformative new textile fibre produced with a mechanical production process, known as SPINNOVA® fibre. The ground-breaking technology mimics how spiders weave their webs. The technology allows the production of SPINNOVA® fibre from multiple raw material inputs, including wood pulp and leather waste, and other renewable raw materials such as agricultural, food and beverage industry waste and textile waste. Spinnova’s joint venture company inaugurates its first commercial scale factory in Jyväskylä in May.

Join this webinar to hear more about the Spinnova story: how the innovation was born, and how sustainability is at the core of Spinnova's business model. The speaker is Shahriare Mahmood, Chief Sustainability Officer at Spinnova.

This event will be given in English and is free of charge.

Please register at the latest by 8 June at 9.30.

Organiser: Vastuullisuusekonomit
