Are you an international student or a recent graduate looking to enter the Finnish job market? Join the English Business Network for a practical workshop designed to help you create applications that resonate with Finnish employers. While the event is tailored for recent international graduates and international students, all interested members are welcome.

In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to adapt your CV and cover letter to meet the expectations of Finnish companies. We will also cover how to brand yourself on LinkedIn in a way that captures the attention of local recruiters.

The session is divided into two parts:

• Part 1: Expert Guidance. Our speakers will present key strategies for tailoring your application materials for the Finnish market. You will learn what Finnish recruiters value and how to highlight your strengths effectively.
• Part 2: Hands-On Workshop. Apply what you have learned directly to your own documents. This is your chance to update your CV, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile with personalized support from our career experts, who will be available to answer questions and provide feedback.

Our Speakers:

• Anton Pajoslahti is a service-minded Career Coach at Suomen Ekonomit. As a Certified Business Coach, he specializes in providing solution-oriented career guidance.
• Emilia Hoikkaniemi is an Advisor in Labour Market Policy at Suomen Ekonomit. She is a strong advocate for business students and graduates and a public speaker on various work-life topics, including career planning and personal growth.
