Physical Event

We warmly welcome you to a visit to the U.S. Embassy in Helsinki. During the visit, participants will have the opportunity to gain insights into the Embassy’s work, including topics related to diplomacy, culture, business, and U.S.– Finland relations. This is a unique chance to learn about the Embassy’s role and engage with representatives in an inspiring setting.

Important information:

• The visit takes place on Monday, 26 January at 16:00. Please arrive no later than 15:45 to ensure a smooth entry process.
• All attendees must provide their full name in advance for the mandatory participant list.
• A security check will be conducted upon arrival; please bring a valid ID.
• Please note that large bags and electronic items, including laptops and tablets, are prohibited. Wearable technology with integrated cameras, such as Augmented Reality (AR) glasses or smart watches with cameras, are also prohibited. Mobile phones are allowed.
• Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed entry due to security protocols.
