Physical Event

We are delighted to invite our members to an exclusive visit to the Embassy of Sweden in Helsinki. The event offers a unique opportunity to learn about Sweden’s diplomatic work, Nordic cooperation, and the Embassy’s cultural and economic initiatives.

During the visit, participants will hear insights into Sweden’s role in the region, current focus areas, and the Embassy’s collaboration with Finnish institutions. This is an excellent chance to deepen your understanding of diplomacy, culture, and cross-border business relations in a Nordic context.

Program

• 15:45 Arrival and security check
• 16:00 Visit to the Swedish Embassy
• 17:30 Event ends.

• Please arrive no later than 15:45 to ensure a smooth entry process.
• All attendees must provide their full name in advance for the mandatory participant list.
• Please bring a valid ID.
• Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed entry due to security protocols.
